Trying to get my sugar cravings under control, and reduce my caloric intake. I'm afraid to try to calculate how much I have been eating lately. I've picked up a bad habit of eating cake or donuts or muffins everyday. Sometimes 2 in one day. Put on 10 lbs. That's on to of the accumulated weight from years of poor eating habits. That and driving everywhere. I need to start going to the zoo on weekends. The San Diego Zoo is amazing and its very hilly so lots of exercise just walking around, pushing the stroller.
